Wedding Ceremony?

We perform various civil and religious ceremonies.  Please call and ask for a sample.  We can also perform a taylored ceremony.

The large number of interfaith marriages taking place today means many couples are opting for a civil ceremony. This permits you to include special readings, create your own vows, add special symbols or wedding themes (whether religious or not) that they may not be able to include in a strict religious ceremony.

A civil ceremony generally contains very little or no religious elements.  But, that is your choice! You can make it up anyway you wish. You can hold the ceremony in any venue you choose.  Be sure to interview the ceremony officiant to be sure they are willing to do what you want! Rev. Marigene De Rusha has been performing civil and religious weddings for over 20 years. "This was the best Wedding Ceremony I have ever participated in. It was so personal and warm."

Compare her outgoing, friendly and festive style. It is important that you feel comfortable with the officiant who is performing the ceremony and that you feel that he/she is interested in you as a couple.
Civil ceremonies are much more flexible in today's world.  You both may incorporate aspects of each of your religions if you wish, write your own vows and have any type of wedding theme you want, whereas a typical religious ceremony tends to restrict much of this.  Civil ceremonies also tend to be a favorite with the budget conscious couple, as they are usually much cheaper in the long run.
Whatever type of ceremony you choose, the most important thing to remember is to do what makes you happy as a couple.  It is your wedding after all!
